We are a family business. The owner of our factory, BOKAI, started his journey in the fashion industry as an ironing worker in the early 1990s. His wife works as a production planner. At that time, there were only a few flat knit factories in Suzhou, most of which were state-owned enterprises. We have always been diligent and hold a deep appreciation for every piece of clothing we work with. Our products are known for their delicacy and exquisite craftsmanship. Our meticulous workmanship, high-end products, and enthusiastic work attitude have earned us the love and trust of many Japanese customers. About a decade later, the heavy structure of state-owned enterprises was forced to undergo reform, leading to the disintegration of large state-owned enterprises into smaller private ones. Due to our rich experience and meticulous work attitude, Japanese customers actively sought us out for cooperation. In 2008, we established our own factory, and an increasing number of Japanese brands began seeking collaborations with us. From the very beginning, our focus has been on producing high-end products, always adhering to our original intention of making each product the best. For over a decade, we have exported over 200,000 pieces of fine needle sweaters to the European and Japanese markets annually. Our main products include 14 and 16 gauge garments. As a result, our reputation has been increasingly recognized by major domestic trading companies and brand companies. Simultaneously, we sent our child to study fashion design in Japan because of their strong interest in the fashion industry. In 2011, we started working with Yarns&Colors (senior italian fashion yarn development navigator) as an equity partner. We became OEMs for major European fashion brands such as MAXMARA, ESCADA, BOGNER, DKNY, and D&G. This partnership further propelled us towards the fashion path, granting us a deeper understanding of European brand design and needs. With the arrival of COVID-19, the global economy experienced significant setbacks. The order volume from Y&C couldn't meet our production capacity, thus prompting us to explore alternative development directions. Our child, who has also studied fashion for many years, expressed an interest in joining us and continuing on the fashion path. Additionally, a friend who has been collaborating with us for many years and has nearly two decades of experience in high-end sweater foreign trade joined our team. She possesses in-depth knowledge of fashion, particularly the European market, and has worked with numerous European luxury brands. Together, we established our own company in 2023. With our dedicated business and R&D team, as well as the resources from our factory and years of expertise, we continue striving forward on the fashion path.
